Returns and Exchanges Policy”

At Top Home Appliances Uganda, we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

– You can return items within [timeframe, e.g., 7-14 days] of delivery.
– Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
– A valid proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges:

– You can exchange items for a different size, color, or style within [timeframe, e.g., 7-14 days] of delivery.
– Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
– A valid proof of purchase is required.

Conditions:

– Items must be in good condition, unused, and without any damage.
– Returns/exchanges are subject to stock availability.
– Certain items may have specific return/exchange policies (e.g., electronics, perishables).

Process:

– Contact us  to initiate a return/exchange.
– We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refund:

• You have 7 days to return any item if it is damaged, defective or counterfeit.
• You can’t return an item due to change of mind if its factory seal is opened..
• While returning a product, please ensure all accessories are included, the item is in its original packaging, and any bundled gifts are returned as well.
• For Electronic items, make sure to remove the password (if any) and delete any personal data to avoid rejecting your return request.
• If a return request is rejected, the item will be shipped back to you. If the item is not received and no reshipment is requested, it will be stored in Jumia’s warehouse for up to 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be considered forfeited and become the property of Jumia. Please note that no refund will be issued in these cases.
• If you choose not to receive it again, the product will be sent to the company’s warehouse, and you will need to pick it up from there.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can request a return as per our return policy and place a new order with the desired item.
